Ingredienser, nyttig gröt
1 portion

1 dl havregryn
2 dl vatten
1 msk krossade linfrön
1 msk kanel
1 helt äpple, rivet
1 nypa havssalt

Koka ihop i en kastrull!

Servera med mjölk, en kopp kaffe/the och ett kokt ägg vid sidan av :)

ENGLISH!

1 portion

1 dl oates
2 dl water
1 tbl spoon linseed
1 tbl spoon cinnamon
1 whole apple, graded
1 pinch of sea salt

Boil it togther in a pot!

Serve with milk, a cup of coffee/tea and a boild egg on the side :)
